Today, we will be discussing scientific workflows. What tools do you use, and in what order, when you are working on a scientific manuscript? Are there ways we can work better? More reproducibly? More open?

After resolving a few conflicting pull requests (oops!) we now have a working list of assignments. I did my best to incorporate your preferred topics and optimize so that no one person had all their assignments back to back. Please check it out, if you have any conflicts let me know and I’ll do my best to re-arrange. I’ve assigned each student three items, total, between blog posts and discussions, with at least one of each.
